| Thanks to the BSPC the reporting requirement was destroyed. We are convinced about the good intentions the legislature had by invoking a notification requirement, there were so many ambiguities and gaps in the law that it would simply pass its goal. |

| March 2012: The BSPC welcomes the first certified private clinic! |

Finally! After years of preparations, research, conversations with experts, creation of a “council of experts”,… the first clinic has been certified.
CliniqueBeauCare of Machelen has submitted the BSPC-audit realized by KIWA which is an independent institute. The audit has been focusing on infrastructure, safety, hygiene, training of the staff and license of the medical staff.
In March 2012 CliniqueBeauCare has joint the BSPC as first member next to the founding members. With this commitment CliniqueBeauCare and the team declare sharing the same safety awareness as promoted by the BSPC.
